Phase 1 homes will be released in a sales lottery for potential buyers on March 18, 2017.  To participate in the Phase 1 sales release lottery, all potential buyers must contact and receive a pre-qualification letter from one of our preferred lenders between March 1 and March 15, 2017.

To receive a lottery ticket, you must provide the pre-qualification letter to the Ponderosa Homes corporate office no later than 4:00pm on Friday, March 17.

When visiting the Ponderosa Homes office to provide your pre-qualification letter or to participate in the sales release lottery, please enter through the Ponderosa Homes office and NOT the Workday lobby. Hours for registering for the lottery are Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 5:00pm. We will be open for the sales release lottery on Saturday, March 18.
