We hope this note finds you healthy and enjoying your new home. Ponderosa Homes appreciates your understanding that we have had to delay all non-emergency home warranty repairs to comply with the COVID-19 related County Health Order.

Effective May 4, 2020, the County Health Order was revised to allow construction activities to resume so long as safety protocols are followed. Ponderosa Homes and its vendors are now prepared to address your warranty requests while practicing safety protocols centered on maintaining safe physical distancing, wearing face coverings, and sanitizing surfaces in the work area. To ensure the safety of all, we ask your understanding and cooperation in doing the same while any work is performed at your home.
