Ponderosa Homes has established relationships with several preferred lenders because of their extensive lending experience and their ability to get your loan processed in a timely manner. You may use any lender to obtain your final loan, however, we do require that you get pre-approved by one of our preferred lenders.

Please do not get pre-approved for a community that is not yet open to the public. Our lenders are not staffed to begin the pre-approval process until we have announced a release date for an individual community and opened our sales office. Pre-approvals can only be obtained once a release date has been announced on our community voice mail system. Please check with the Community Sales Manager to obtain individual community guidelines regarding sales releases and the pre-approval process currently in place, once the sales office is open to the public.

You can contact our preferred lenders at the telephone numbers listed on the Links to Lenders page or download an online pre-approval qualification form and fax or e-mail it to the preferred lender of your choice. They will then prepare and return to you a loan pre-approval qualification which you can submit to Ponderosa Homes to get on the Priority Waiting List quickly.
