For prospective buyers who have already submitted their loan pre-approval letters and are on the Priority Waiting List, please pick up a copy of our release guidelines from the sales office prior to the sales release day. Here are a few additional details:
- Priority Waiting List buyers must be present at the sales office at 11:00 a.m., on the day of the sales release. Please make sure that you are not late, as we can not hold your place on our priority waiting list. At 11:00 a.m., we will determine who is present by conducting a roll call; and tell you your position on the waiting list. If you are late or not present, we will pass over your name, offer the next prospective buyer in line a chance to purchase a home, and move your name to the end of the list.
- Once we have determined who is present and announced the order, we will begin offering homes to prospective buyers in the order in which their names appear on the waiting list. Buyers may select from the remaining available homes, or may elect to pass and wait for a future phase release. Our Community Sales Manager will then make an appointment with buyers to come back and complete their purchase agreements.
- At some communities, and at the discretion of Ponderosa Homes; the Priority Waiting List buyers may be divided into two separate lists, those who are non-contingent will be placed on the first list and those who are contingent will be placed on the second list. If this should be the case, the priority waiting list of non-contingent buyers will be addressed first.
- After all Priority Waiting List buyers have selected their homes, we will make any remaining homes available for purchase to the general public.
