Q: Can I see my new home while it's being built?
A: Yes! We invite you to tour your new home on weekends between the hours of 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. You must stop by the sales office to obtain a visitor's pass prior to touring your home while it is under construction.

Q: Who will be building my home?
A: Ponderosa homes are built through the combined efforts of specialists in many trades. In order to ensure the highest possible standard of construction, only authorized suppliers, trade contractors and Ponderosa Homes employees are permitted to perform work on your home.

Q: The list of options and upgrades is so long! How can I view samples so I can make my choices?
A: Ponderosa Homes will provide you with selection information in our Design Center by appointment only. We welcome you to bring cushions and swatches to our Design Center in order to coordinate colors. Representatives from our Design Center will contact you when it is time to schedule your appointment.

Q: How will I know if my home is going to be ready for move-in on the date I've estimated?
A: Ponderosa Homes will update you on the estimated delivery date of your home at each of our meetings. You are also welcome to check with your Community Sales Manager at any time for the most current target date.

Q: Once my home is ready for move-in, how will I know how to care for my home and operate features such as the alarm and the sprinklers?
A: As your home nears completion, you will be invited to attend a homeowner orientation that includes demonstrations of the features inside your home, as well as information on maintenance and warranties. We will also provide you with a Ponderosa Homeowner's Manual.
