A Ponderosa home is a hand-crafted product. Each step requires skilled workmanship and careful coordination. Here's a brief overview of the process:

2. Exterior is assembled and constructed, which encompasses all exterior facets such as windows, siding or stucco, doors, paint and/or stain, installation of walkways and other hardscaping, fine grading and landscaping.

3. Interior is assembled, which entails roughing-in of mechanical systems such as heating, air-conditioning, plumbing and electrical work, and also completion of insulation, drywall, interior trim such as doors and baseboards, paint and/or stain and finish work such as cabinets, tile, light fixtures, etc.

4. Construction cleaning is performed.

5. Structure is inspected by Ponderosa Homes.

6. Structure is inspected by City or County.

7. Certificate of occupancy is issued by City or County.

8. Homeowner is given orientation by Ponderosa Homes.

9. Your beautiful new home is complete!
