Dennis Swickard manages Ponderosa Homes' day-to-day homebuilding operations including land development, construction and home warranty work. No stranger to a construction site, Mr. Swickard has been a licensed general contractor since 1977 and joined the Ponderosa team since 1987. Dennis holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is a member of the Home Builders Association. He has been with Ponderosa since 1984.
